Introduction

This is a two week cycle of daily prayers, praying the same pattern  morning and evening of each day.

  1. Begin by remembering there is one God and we are to give ourselves fully to God and his Son, the Lord Jesus.
  2. Offer up praise to God – through the scripture reading, through your own thanks and, if you like, through a song of praise.
  3. Offer up your prayers, beginning with the Lord’s prayer. Let the Spirit guide you as you pray this. Then present your own specific requests to God.

“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.” – Colossians 4:2

“Be constant in prayer” – Romans 12:12

“Jesus told them  . . . that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.” – Luke 18:1
